Paul began his sales career in the out-of-home advertising world more than 20 years ago, working with direct clients and advertising agencies to execute local, regional and national ad campaigns. In 2010, Paul was named Vice President of Sales for Clear Channel Outdoor. He was responsible for overseeing Local/National Sales, Marketing, Digital, Creative and Charting departments for the Milwaukee branch.

Paul went in a new direction in 2015 and founded The Association, a unique marketing and advertising firm that utilizes the skills of his network local, hungry and talented small business owners. Paul and his associates bring to his clients decades of specialized marketing experience in order to successfully execute every aspect of their projects.

The Association’s mission is to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship in the Milwaukee ad community.

Paul has developed a passion and expertise for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and assisting his B2B clients with sales and marketing strategies that help them reach their key prospects and accounts. Paul and his partners opened Psynched, an ABM consulting firm, which is focused entirely on strategizing, developing and creating effective ABM tactics for B2B clients.

Paul is a graduate of Marquette University High School and earned his B.S. in Marketing from Xavier University.
